Welcome aboard! We love new members. Tell us more about yourself. You can add a siggy line with some info in your profile if you'd like. Sometimes that helps us keep track of who's who.Angie

More about myself
Well someone wanted to know more about me so here goes...
I am currently a senior (undergrad) at Loyola University studying accounting (huge snooze, I know, but it is just for the time being until we have kids because then ill be a SAHM can't wait!!). Not only am I counting down the days until our wedding, but also can't wait to graduate and be done with school!
My soon to be hubby is a 2nd year anesthesia resident at Loyola. Life is crazy with him because not only is he working 80+ hours a week at the hospital but is also the director of four different choirs. But despite me being in the city and him living in the suburbs we still manage to see eachother 4 times a week or so. (unless he is on call)
Although naturally excited to get married I am also a little nervous about nights when he is on call and I am home alone. Especially once we start to have kids (something we want to do right away). I guess it is just something I will get used to.
But I am so happy with him, and everything is really great. Although we always find ourselves coming back to the same discussion of how to have more time to spend with eachother (its the only thing we ever argue about). It came up again last night and we made a little progress (i think) so we'll see, I think it will pretty much be a mute point in nine months once we are married and living together. Do any of you have any advice about this topic (as i am SURE that everyone of you have been there)?
OK well now that I am sure you know more about me then you had ever wanted to know originally ( :chat: ) I'll end this post. But like I said in my first post, this site is def a great resource. Everyone has this impression that having a Doctor for a spouse is this glamerous, luxourius lifestyle when really its kind of not...
Anyway hope everyone is having a good day!!

I forgot I took our info out of my tag. I'll put it back. My DF is a second year med student. "We" (ha ha we all know I mean I!) are planning a 150 person ceremony/reception in the Boston area. We are both New Englanders, him from Boston and me RI!! I posted a link to my dress in Peds. I want to see Cristina's dress! Do you have a dress yet? Right now I am freaking out over Photographers because there is just no money left!

I DO have a dress already (I'm crazy with all this advance planning) but I'm not happy with how the trial photos turned out so here's a link to a photo of it on the model:

We're planning a fairly small wedding in Ecuador at this little hacienda. Of course, I expect that only half the invited people will actually show up so it's going to be REALLY small. A big chunk of our budget will be spent on the photographer because I'm picture obsessed and because we're saving in other areas. I have a few more photos on that website I just linked.
P.S.: Should we move all of this someplace else so we don't steal Lauren's thread?Cristina
