  • Is Gabapin a pain reliever?

Gabapin 300 Capsule is a pain reliever used to treat nerve damage (neuropathic pain), which can be caused by a variety of illnesses such as diabetes, shingles (herpes zoster), spinal cord injury, and others. It's also used in conjunction with other medications to treat specific types of seizures (fits).
