Our psychiatrist and I read the autopsy report together and when he saw the list of meds his comment was that they had to have been prescribed by different docs because no doc in his right mind would prescribe all of those together...
AND he said Chloryl Hydrate is almost NEVER used anymore.
So, yeah, I'm not sure that it's a bad idea to find the guy, either.

Like Jenn said if it was really one gal/guy* prescribing all the meds , then hunt away!!
