        TMZ is reporting it - but ABC / the View haven't said anything yet. I'll go back to not watching the View if she does leave. I don't agree w/everything she says, but I generally think she's funny & a "real" human on the air.

            Wow - I wonder what caused the 2nd shoe to drop. I know there were a lot of people that don't watch her (me included) but with all the controversy of lately they said they were standing by her...

                    She just said on her blog that ABC offered her a 3 year deal, and she wanted a 1 year deal and they couldn't come to terms. According to her she got the 1 year deal for this year b/c Barbara Walters made them, but they wouldn't do it again.

                    I guess I'll be back to not watching. (I know ladybug thinks I'm pathetic anyway ... perhaps I can crawl my way back into her good graces).

                      It's being said that there will more than likley be some counter offering...as it turns out she upped their neilsen ratings during sweeps by something like 15%...love her or hate her, that's good business and Disney has shareholders that would like to see all aspects of the company doing well!
