    We do german, math and and a lot of other things with our children to supplement what our kids are doing at school. I do think that my children benefit from what their teachers offer. It is one of the reasons that I have really straddled the fence about homeschooling.....I just don't have the imagination, technology, etc to do some of the fascinating things that they have done at school...

    Maybe...a combination of both approaches is the best happy medium?
