That's my understanding, too, 3 years.

Also that CP-only programs often don't fill, because most people want to be trained in both CP & AP. In this year's match Brigham & Women's CP-only didn't fill.

Also I think she'll be able to pull this off--one of my husband's co-residents is currently pumping every two hours, right at her desk. It hasn't caused anyone any problems to the best of my husband's knowledge.

I predict the breastfeeding won't be a problem but the I-need-multiple-accommodations-and-am-willing-to-appeal thing will.

The only issue I can forsee is if they have to cut their own specimens. On busy days, my dh often barely got breaks to pee. She may be able to take the breaks b/c they can't stop her, but she'll either create a huge backlog of work for herself or tick of a lot of other people.

My husband has the no-peeing days but they are all in the AP rotations. I'm still mostly annoyed with this lady, though.

but I thought I'd mention that I know Audrey AND I gave her my breastpump because she was pg when she was interviewed.
