Re: Karl, Dick & Bill weigh in on the Palin issues
Pretty breathtaking, isn't it? *sigh*. Rove is such an ass. "Second largest city in Alaska" Yeah, try 5th. And when she was mayor the population was between 5-6 thousand. But choosing the former mayor of the 105th largest city in the country who's been a governor for 3 years would have been "intensely political" and would have shown that Obama didn't care to pick the most qualified person. A little digging shows that there are almost 300 cities with populations over 100K in the US, so even at the current estimate of 9,000, Wasilla probably doesn't rank in the top 500.

Sandy - tell me you registered to vote in Ohio. Oregon doesn't need your vote - Ohio does! I want to throttle Davita b/c she won't register in KS -- as though CA would ever go Republican ....
Re: Karl, Dick & Bill weigh in on the Palin issues
Jenn, did you hear Sebelius promised that KS would go Obama this election? I know she's a democratic governor of a republican state but I find it hard to believe that KS will go democratic in a presidential election.

Re: Karl, Dick & Bill weigh in on the Palin issues
I did not hear that one. Pretty ballsy ... although you'd be amazed at the number of Obama signs and stickers out here in good ol' JoCo! It's kind of thrilling ...
