    Jory and I just voted, and I can't believe it, but I melted into a pool of tears in the parking lot. This has been such an emotional election for so many people. No matter who you vote for, the beauty of this country and the fact that I can vote just overwhelmed me. I love this country, warts and all.

          I teared up when I touched my ballot, too. It really was an emotional moment. It's not often that you're an active part of history that is NOT also a tragedy.
