This would so be my husband. I really think that if the school is doing nothing and there is this type of bullying going on, parents do need to take matters into their own hands. Why do we let kids get away with this kind of crap? It's simply not acceptable.

My dad confronted kids on my school bus when I was in 3rd grade because some kids were throwing things in my hair. It certainly stopped the bullying!

I agree, the bullying was beyond ridiculous and its not like he hadn't tried going through the school first. I can imagine my dad would have done the exact same thing had it been me in that situation. Its one thing to be teased, we all had that. I remember being teased on the bus, but the lengths at which these kids went to? If that had been going on on my bus, the bus driver would have pulled over himself. (Cranky old Charlie the bus driver).

He said he had already reported the issue to the school earlier. The kids should have been brought into the office and parents called. The kids should have been suspended from the bus for a week. Let me tell you, when that happened on the bus at my school, you know the kid was in trouble because the parents didn't have the time to be driving them to school and picking them up every day.
