Term limitations

Yes. Theoretically. I guess an argument can be made that no one should be in power for longer than X number of years, even if you want them to be. I think that's why we ended up with term limits for presidents. We wanted to avoid dynasty. Kind of funny given our "Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, hmmm..don't know, maybe Clinton? ". thing we've got going on.
We actually have a staggering number of new guys in the House right now. I'm not sure it's made a difference.
I currently feel like it's the parties that need revamping entirely. We've ended up with tribes rather than political parties.
