I can't believe there is another plane missing, and all I can think about is the Malaysia Flight that has not been found.

I find the missing flight to be incredibly sad and .... odd. Another Malaysia flight. What the heck is going on? I read somewhere that the pilots had just been in contact with the ground re: flight plans or something and there was no report of a problem. Is this the same airlines?

Remember how when growing up, everyone said to avoid flying through the Bermuda Triangle...looks like we have a new "Bermuda Triangle."
I was just thinking about how it was the anniversary of the tsunami and now this...so many sad memeories, for that region during Dec.
Don't forget that Russia shot down another of their planes over the Ukraine early in the year, as well.

I talked to DH about it last night: neither of us could figure out why.
At this point, do these airlines have people working on the inside, if they are in fact being hijacked?

They're reporting that they've found wreckage and bodies in the water. My heart breaks for these people. Apparently the media in some of these countries is showing the live images of bodies floating.Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)

Air Asia operates out of Malaysia. Different carrier, same country of origin.
