    The smoke is here on the Washington coast today. The fires are very, very, scarily close to [MENTION=1242]diggitydot[/MENTION] from what I can tell on a map. Check in if/when you can.

    Yeah, we have bad haze here in western Oregon, as well, today. Last I heard from DD, the winds yesterday actually helped push the main fire closest to her back on itself, so they were OK for the time being, but they're all ready to bug out at a moment's notice, if need be.

        It's been super hazy even here. Certainly puts into perspective the size of these fires. Scary stuff. I'm glad to hear DD is okay.

          Fires have been right on top of her. She's okay, but they've been under evacuation warnings all week.
