I admit being so disappointed even though I know only a small percentage of votes are in for the states...I think Kerry might lose...I guess I had a false sense of hope over the last few days.

I'm sure that all of the Bush supporters out there are doing the happy dance.

I'm guessing Fl will go to Bush.....

Well, personally, I am not happy dancing just yet. I think it could be a long night.....but I am gun-shy because of last time.

I think it's going to a be long night.
I voted for Kerry but have mixed feelings about who will win because of positioning for 2008 and trying to get better candidates. We'll see!

I bet all of the pre-election hoo-ha "it's tied" was a media creation to get ratings...not that I'm cynical or anything.

I woke up this morning and told my husband I thought Kerry would win, now I'm not so sure. But you have to remember there are still a few big battleground states left so we'll see. I just hope we know by tomorrow.

In my opinion it's anyone's race for the next couple of hours....

No happy dances here right now.

I am, however, consuming large quantities of ant-acids.

Oh wait, that's because I'm pregnant. Never mind. Well, at least my stomach will be well-settled despite the white-knuckles!

I'm not happy dancing either. I am consuming alcohol. I am also planning my campaign work for Hillary in 2008.

No happy dancing here--I've got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach though I have to admit this is entirely what I expected. I'm holding out a glimmer of hope that the remaining states will all go to Kerry, but seriously, what are the odds of that actually happening?? I watched MSNBC until 12:30 last night and have been afraid to turn the TV on this morning, though I've been online so I guess I already know what's going on...

Hey, Luanne, sign me up--I love Hilary! Though I think she would be a long shot--seems like she is as hated as Martha Stewart by many.

I also felt pretty optimistic yesterday about Kerry winning, but that changed pretty quick this morning. I agree with Nellie, the bright side might be the potential candidates we could see in 2008. Until then, though... :disappointed:

Oh, I wouldn't be too depressed, yet. After all, Kerry and Edwards are fighting this win tooth and nail - and even after the recounts I am sure we can count on lawsuits! Of course, we can't say for sure that Bush won until the media agrees with the results as well....
