Should Scott Peterson get the death penalty?

I chose the 3rd, because I don't think the trial will hold. I think it will get appealed and will either sit forever dealing with appeals or he'll get a new trial. We still lived in CA when this happened and it sounds like the judge made some iffy calls with these jury removals. We'll see...Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

I'm iffy on how I feel about the death penalty at all, but in this case I definitely wouldn't go for it. I do think he killed her, but there just isn't enough hard evidence in my opinion to put him to death. There have been too many cases where they have found that some guy that is either on death row or was actually executed turned out to be innocent. In cases where there is absolutely no doubt of their guilt, then I might be a little more open to the idea of execution.Awake is the new sleep!

I don't know....
I do know that its going to be very hard for a jury to make that decision no matter how they feel. My mom was the foreperson for a trial that was life-or-death here in TX a few years ago and she said it was one of the hardest and most important decisions in her life and the lives of her fellow jurors.
