    Gee. So it's all nice and legal now, is it? Why did we waste so much money and time investigating if it was all done through legal channels??

    The current administration kind of reminds me of the way dh and I run my household--we make up the rules as we go along since we know whats best for the little tykes. If there is a rule against eating in the living room (which there is) and we feel like doing it anyway, we temporarily alter the rules to fit the circumstance. Not exactly a democracy, IMO.
