  • Kim Jong Ill

"This is not a U.S.-North Korea matter and we're not going to let the leader of North Korea transform it into that," White House press secretary Tony Snow said, reiterating America's desire for multilateral -- not one-on-one --diplomacy with the reclusive communist nation.
I usually avoid the debate forum because I am so opinionated, but how long do you think we will be able to stay away from making this all about George W. vs Kim Jong Ill?

The dude is a wack job, for sure. (KJI, not GWB although....)

We can't do a whole lot because although the people of North Korea are starving to death, the military is doing very well. If we attacked, we'd jhave to take out everything they have because they throw whatever is left not only at us but everyone around them, especially South Korea and Japan.

THIS is the evil dictator we should have been all uptight about, not the one with the oil.

Oh come on...we all know that since Saddam gassed the kurds 20 years ago that he was a bad man (he was, too) and had to be removed from power immediately. Forget the fact that there are currently concentration camps in N. Korea or that N. Korea was a much greater nukulur :> threat before we went into Iraq than Iraq was.
