One of my life-long friends (as in I usually do the holidays w/her family, etc.) is married to a guy who does med-mal defense. When they were dating (and I was dating dh) she excitedly tells me the guy is a malpractice lawyer. As I'm mentally screaming OH NO! she says "Oh no. He's not on the dark side. He defends the docs."
It would be a great fit for you - and I know you've not been entirely thrilled w/your current gig. Best wishes - and let us know how it goes.
I think it went good. I went in through a recruiter, so I think that I am at a disadvantage when it comes to the other candidates that found the job on their own. They would have to pay the middlewoman for me...Anyway, I would be doing general defense of businesses when they get sued, and probably not as much of the med mal defense.... Just keeping my fingers crossed
