    I hear you- my office paged me yesterday for more demographic information for this grant we're requesting. I was more than a little annoyed- but I got them their details (Thanks to Pheobe/Jlynnb!)

    Of course the beauty of banging your head against the wall is that it feels so good when you stop.

      Not at the top of my list of fun things to do. I turned down a grant writing job a couple of years ago even though I really needed the work.

      I knew I would just --- :banghead: .

      But it will feel so good when you are done!

        700 words, and I'm at 718! Now all I need to do is cut out some of the frilly language and I'm there. I'm a LAS girl, so this is hard!

        Part of my mind block is that I'm trying to get funds to do 2 months of research in Germany this summer. That part of it doesn't make the begging for money part very easy, but it could be a good thing for us.
