I just got a new client (it isn't actually medical billing, but the job duties are very similar so I'm considering them another client) and I'm worried I might be in over my head. Granted I'm behind with everything since I've been sick! The new client just fed ex'ed me all this work to do (I think it might be more than I will normally do but it is backed up because nobody has been doing it for several weeks). So, I'm trying to keep up with work and meanwhile my house is a mess and my poor kids are deprived because I'm working instead of playing with them!!! Actually, I'm really excited, but I think I'm overwhelmed, especially since I haven't started Christmas shopping yet 8O
