  • Any brokers?

As in real estate brokers? I was thinking of studying and sitting for the exam and was wondering if I can get away with studying from a book or if I should take a class.

In IL I know that attorneys don't have to take the class....but thats all I know... I have to start doing some research. I also don't know if the license is just good for the state you are in or what?

    Anyone know anything about it?

In FL real estate attorneys don't need to take the class either but you need to apprentace with a licensed broker for a year. There are different requirements in every jurisdiction.
