    I got a raise!

    Not exactly a common occurence in government service at this moment. But they like me, and I came in at a low salary (took a pay cut for this job), and they have some extra money in the salary budget due to staff turnover.

    So yay! It will correspond with DH's bump to PGY-3... nice all around!

                    Thanks everybody! My boss basically said, "since 90% of the office isn't getting raises this year, don't talk about this." But I needed to celebrate somewhere!
