My schedule for the Spring

  • My schedule for the Spring

Right now, I am registered to take 3 classes in the Spring: Psychophysiology on Thursdays and multicultural and career counseling classes on Friday.

I'm second-guessing myself. The psychophys is a big class and there are oral and written reports on top of exams. It sounds like a big class.

These are the last 3 classes that I need for my program.

I'm debating taking only the multicultural and career in the Spring and waiting with the psychophys for the Fall. I'll be taking licensure classes this summer/and next year so I potentially could do that.

Am I being a weenie? Should I get it over with? Part of me wants to. The other part of me thinks I might be biting off more than I can chew what with all of the kiddo stuff, etc.

Psychophys is the hardest course there is, at least that was true for me in my masters and doctoral programs. If I were you, I'd get psychophys out of the way first, as multicultural and career are easy-peasy.

I took a career counseling class as part of my master's degree and I also found it to be rather easy. I do not have experience with the other two courses, but three classes seems like a bit for one semester (especially if one of them is a bear). Are there summer options that won't throw you off track for graduation?

I don't know the classes, but I would also take the hardest one now and save the two easy ones for the end.
