  • med school books

I cleaned out our office and boxed up most of DH's med school books because I am so tired of looking at them (I prefer not to be reminded of those all-nighters!) Do any of you have suggestions of what we can do with the books? I doubt we can sell them because, since they are 5-6 years old, most are outdated. We could donate them, but does the average Salvation Army shopper really need a book on high yield neuroanatomy? Probably not. Would a medical school take them? What did all of you out of training do with your med school books...other than burn them at the stake?

    Yes!!!

There's an orgainization that takes used science books for schools in China and other parts of Aisa- I beleive it's called http://www.asiabridge.org. They were willing to take my dads 24 year old Sky and Telescope magazines.
