How do you all recharge your passion when the job starts to feel more like a job and less like a passion? Burn out is starting to creep in. I actually wince when I hear names of our more problematic litigants and I find that my mind is wandering. Do you all have any suggestions?

Kelly-
The only thing that helps is for me to remember who I am working for. and that is NOT the corporate office. I go the group homes and hang out with the guys and they make me laugh and are happy to see me; then I can go back to the office and continue the good fight.
And when that doesn't work- I take a day off and turn off my pager and do nothing even remotely related to work.
