Does anyone know of this loan company, found online

They say they will allow 5% seller contributions, which seems a tad higher than some others I'm finding online. Just doing grunt work before the match - MoleyFool says loans w/someone out of your state is ok if it's a better deal, soooo I guess it's not a bad thing to think about... It would be nice to have something for a mortgage broker or mortgage banker to try to match once we try to get the loan.

I haven't heard of that one but thats not to mean they're not legit. Bank of America has a resident loan I beleive. You might also see if there is a credit union related to the program you match at, I think we would have gotten better rates if we had gone through ours.

We got a 'doctor loan' too....but I'm not sure who it was through. Maybe Russ will pipe in and let you know.

I'm doing the same sort of legwork now and agree, it IS therapeutic. It makes me feel like I have some modicum of control over what's going on.

Of course, I logically know I can't even control my caloric intake.
