    Our house is nine years old and has 3139 sq. ft. It is on .7 of an acre. We have a VA loan (nothing down) and it is a 30 yr. fixed at 5.8%. We paid 302K for the house and our mortgage is 2200 a month.....includes taxes and insurance.
