well, it's not directTV's fault, its the local contractor's fault. they suck. i called and called...then called directTV.
they finally got thru to someone and 3 wayed(?) our call. i just listened in. the chick at the local place put a call out to the tech..unanswered of course
..and directTV gave me a $100 credit.
so, now im just waiting for the
guaranteed
call from the local peeps. we shall see.
