suck

this week i noticed that dh's pay check was short just under $20. i called and asked..the state taxes went up.

i guess he is getting a raise on the next check for the new year, but our health insurance went up too.

i just can't win.

and the insurance sucks.

That does suck! We are in the same boat (except our insurance kicks butt!) DH already got his yearly raise but with everything that went up his actual paycheck went down.

not only did his check go down...but this year we get an *awesome* new insurance policy. with our cost going up, it was also decided that our new policy has a $400 deductible.

ug! i had to shell out $60 for ds visit for his toe..now we have a bill for an additional $98.

SO NOT HAPPY.

Oooooooooooo, I can't wait to have REAL insurance for our family of 5. Our expensive student insurance barely covers anything! We pay for medications out-of-pocket, all dental and eye stuff out-of-pocket, shots, a sleep study was "discounted", but the bill is huge, and the list goes on.

So, things could be worse for you, but they'll definitely be less of a pinch for you in the future.
