I have just ditched a number of medical books that DH never uses. I do this frequently and am always shocked by how much we get. Two books that he never used just sold for $100. I am getting paid in amazon.com gift certs that I will use for Christmas gifts

Re: Selling books on Amazon.com
Wow!
I assume that these were semi-current? We just cleaned out the bookshelves and have a bunch of textbooks and stuff from med school (5+ years old). I was going to just give them to a local organization that tries to sell them for you and then gives you a cut of the profits, but maybe I should try selling them on my own? Seems like such a PITA, though...~Jane
