House showings?

We gave up and listed with a realtor on Friday. Today is Tuesday and we havent had any showings. DH says it is too early to expect one but I was hoping for something by now. What do you think?

I just signed all the papers with our agent and she took the photos today. Our house goes on the market tomorrow. Our agent said that lately people are getting about one showing every 10 days.... so different than when we sold our home 4 years ago.

I'm all ready and so very ready for people to come through. That must be how you are feeling too.

We used the book: "Dress Your House for Success" and I think there is tons of good info in there for making the most of each showing.

I wouldn't expect a showing quite yet. the realtor may also have a Broker's open house for the other agents to get in and see your house.

It is the same here. One of our neighbors just got an offer on their house and it has been on the market since last June.

Our house was finally listed on Thursday!

We had two showings yesterday and I'm just finishing up getting ready for one this afternoon....

The family is holding up okay.

We get a showing about every ten days :huh: I loathe this process.

It is the same here. One of our neighbors just got an offer on their house and it has been on the market since last June.

Holy cow.

I'm so glad I don't have to worry about it for another 4 years.
