OK, so never get caught up in a practice that treats employees like contractors. YOU get stuck with the employer taxes at the end of the year.
Anyone got a line on a good tax loan?
Yuck! I'm sorry. Wish I had some good advice for you. I was on contract without taxes withheld for the first quarter of this year. I muddled through the estimated contribution worksheets, and I *think* I did it right, but it'll be interesting to see if/how much I owe for next year. Were you paying in quarterly?

When I do consulting work, I get stuck with the self employed taxes....it's awful.
Add in the nanny taxes we pay, and the AMT, and I might as well just roll over and give the IRS the keys to my house.
