Ok, so I just put almost all of my stuff in and now I can't figure out how to add an account to a bank they don't support - does anyone know? I know several on here use this site....

The help section isn't very user friendly IMO.

I don't think you can. I tried to add all of our retirement accounts, but they are with companies that aren't supported yet on Mint.com. It's a bummer!

I agree with weeniegenie - I don't think you can - I believe it has to be a supported one! Sorry!

Definitely send them a message and let them know- I've found their customer service people to be pretty awesome.

Really, Jenn? I couldn't even figure out how to send a message or get a real person. I only found the option to submit a question on the some forum type thing???

On the page with the results of the search for your financial institution:

Can't find it? Refine your search, browse all results, or request that we add your bank.
The bold part is a link to a form you can fill out.

No, I did that - I mean asking someone about adding stuff thats not on there and correcting one they downloaded incorrectly. I can't find a simple customer service e-mail or form.

I'm irritated with Mint right now because I submitted two pictures of blatant spelling errors 6 months ago, and received an email that said: "thanks, we'll fix it". Come on, I know web design, it takes two seconds. The error is on their webpage and iPhone app. They've put through an iPhone app update and didn't fix the spelling! Grrrr. "Annunity" instead of "annuity". I know, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I admit I am a spelling snob!

Ha! I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one who takes screenshots of errors on websites and sends them in! There's one on the order confirmation page of the Macy's site that drives me insane! I've been telling to fix it forever!

                  Anyway, hijack over.
