    New Credit Card Rules

    This is interesting, I applied for two new cards in the last 4 months using our household income. Guess I won't be doing that anymore.

    Yikes that is really scary! Happy to see that it is different in Texas, though. Some of the comments at the bottom piss me off too

      Yikes! Our only credit cards are in my name. There are only two (one MC and one store card).

        I just sneaked in then. Finally got a card in my name last month to build a credit history!!

          Yikes. This also makes one stuck with the card they have. So if I wanted to change to a better card with lower interest I couldn't. Sucks.
