    Free Kids Haircuts for Back to School!

    All JC Penny salons are offering free haircuts during the month of August for kids who are in grades K-6. I just called and scheduled appointments for the girls. Yay, one less back to school expense!

    JC Penney is extending this deal. Starting November 4, they will do free kids' haircuts every Sunday.
