Oh Lily that sucks! Luckily our bank is going to keep it as a portfolio loan so we won't have to jump through all of those ridiculous hoops. The president of the bank is on the board at the hospital, the bank that currently holds the mortgage has already told us they can't match our bank, I have NO doubt its because of DH's job that we are getting this specific loan. I have to thank Shakti because she encouraged us to go with this bank when we moved here, its a small bank and they've been fabulous on everything! Fingers crossed!!
