    Not yet, but it is possible - I think it's $57k. A cut to PSLF and an expansion of PAYE were proposed in a presidential budget at some point late last year. Nothing is determined yet, so we just get to hang in there waiting for major decisions to be made about our finances...

        In all seriousness, the best advice we've received is to live financially conservative, decrease as much debt as possible, and have a good work/life balance.
        Still working on the work/life balance, but I really like where we are financially, and I wouldn't change a thing.

        In fact, the next step is to be even MORE conservative with the next housing purchase so we can have more investing/play money.

        It's not all darkness, I can assure you. I do, however, encourage everyone to make their own tin foil hats. 😆 YMMV.
