We've got the dependent care and the medical reimbursement accounts set up. For dependent care, it's pretty easy to figure out the amount to set aside. But for medical, it's always a bit of a gamble. So we've got about $50 left to spend in the next 2 weeks. Any ideas? I guess I can stock up on allergy meds, where the copays are pretty steep.

I hadn't realized all these things were eligible...I never saved receipts from the kids' tylenol, benadryl, etc.
Our diaper rash cream of choice is really expensive (triple paste). I'll go get an extra large container next week.Enabler of DW and 5 kids

Off the top of my head:
birth control, pregnancy tests, or ovulations kits
tylenol
many over the counter medicines
orthotics
flouride treatments
I love, love, lover our FSA accounts. We have saved a ton of money and bumped ourselves into lower tax brackets.
KellyIn my dreams I run with the Kenyans.
