I use an amazon card to pay off my student loans. I basically get a $25 gift certificate 8 times a year.

Our savings is in this online money market account http://www.umbrellabank.com/per_account ... market.php

With a minimum balance of $1000 the APY is 5.1%.

We also use a Citibank card that gives cash back with no annual fee. We pay off the card every month, so it's like free money for us.

Our house fund is in ING- I love checking it every day and seeing the interest grow.

        It makes me so happy.

With those cash back cards, do they consider it income? Would we have to pay taxes on it?
