So, spill it ladies! How many of you have hit the sale? Any good deals?
I'm a Seattle native and I know a couple of you have roots there as well.

    I plan to go tomorrow.

I haven't gone and won't since I am pg. I guess it is a good thing that my feet are getting too swollen to try on shoes?

But I can tell you we will be at the men's half yearly this summer and the next half-yearly in July!

I love their shoe sales. This past weekend they had a big shoe sale and I was in heaven!

They have so many cute baby things. A little while ago, I had to buy a gift for a friend who had a baby. I found a cute onesie. I almost kept it, but what the hell am I going to do with a onesie?!

I love shoes, but I honestly don't like the trend this year. When are they going to get rid of those silly ugg boots?

Round toe shoes are "in" now too. At first I didn't like them but they are MUCH more comfortable for my wide feet than the pointy styles.
I just bought my first pair of the new trendy round ones from there.

I'll have to look tomorrow. I don't mind the round toe. That's better than the super pointy shoes that were "in." I am short and somewhat stalky, so it doesn't help that alot of the shoes are rounded flats.

Oh ugly they may be, but have you tried a pair on? Simply heaven. My MIL bought a pair for me last winter from Nordstroms. They are my FAVORITE pair of shoes. So comfy. You wear them without socks and the sheepskin keeps your feet at body temperature. Yummy. I have the plain tannish ones that almost go up to your knees-- I admit that they are not cute but not as hidious as some others they have out there.

I bought the ankle length Ugg "shoes" at the ski lodge last year and they are AWESOME - I don't wear them out of the house though, they are hideously ugly.

Yes, I've tried on Uggs, but only because I think they're so awful looking. I wondered what all the hype was/is about. I'm sorry, but I'm not paying that kind of money for shoes that look like that, no matter how nice they feel. There's nothing cute about them.

I'll see what I can find tomorrow. Obviously I'm not the stylish gal I thought I was.

(But COME ON -- jeans tucked into boots?! In the city? We're not riding horses here!)

Speaking of shopping, have you ever seen this search engine?

                              http://www.like.com/

It's kind of neat. Just describe the type of clothing, shoes, jewelry you're looking for and it pulls up pictures of items that fit that description.
