    This never even crossed my mind when I watched the commercial. And suing for 100 million REALLY....

    I had never thought it was Lohan. hahaha...now if they'd used "Madonna" or "Oprah" or "Cher" there might be an argument, but come on... Lindsay?!

    Honestly - even when you put "Lindsay suing E-trade" I STILL didn't put those two together!

      Too funny! I also would have never thought of it as referring to her! I hope she spends a lot of money on lawyers to find out she's not as popular as she thinks! LOL!

        Just goes to show that there is a lawyer out there for any case - it's just a matter of finding him/her. The whole idea that she is so well known by her first name is crazy!

          This is the MOST ridiculous thing I've ever heard - I'm sorry but Lindsey is nothing like Oprah or Madonna. I've seen that commercial a dozen times since the Super Bowl and never once did she cross my mind. Someone is looking for some publicity - jeez!

            I heard about this "lawsuit" this morning. It is absolutely ridiculous! How many other people in this country are named Lindsey? She should start a class action lawsuit!

            Apparently she went crying to her mother, saying that the E-trade ad was making fun of her. Instead of saying "WTF is wrong with you??!", the mother felt bad for her and agreed with what she was saying. Talk about enabling crazy behavior! Or perhaps this is all a publicity stunt since her name hasn't been in the tabloids for awhile?
