Britney Spears has allegedly told her baby sons they were “mistakes” in a fit of rage. A US report alleges that Spears, 25, often screams abuse at the youngsters, and former employees have said in sworn affidavits that she is a bad mother to Sean Preston, 22 months, and 10-month-old Jayden James. US magazine Star claims one former nanny said:

“When Britney’s upset she yells and screams at the boys and once told them ‘You’re both mistakes’. She’s called them ‘burdens, a pain in the ass and the reason [your] father left. Anyone who would tell their child that is heartless. I’m sure Britney loves her children, but she must believe that having kids with Kevin was a mistake.”

The source added: “Britney gives the kids soda and coffee with cream and sugar. She also lets them sit in soiled diapers for hours until someone else changes them. And she keeps both children up late at night to ensure they sleep late - this includes waking them up if they fall asleep before 11 pm. Plus Britney doesn’t personally feed the kids - the nanny or bodyguard does.”

Kevin Federline, and his lawyer have obtained sworn affidavits from three former Spears employees - a nanny and two bodyguards. They catalogue a raft of alleged examples of bad mothering against Spears, and according to Star magazine Spears may even be pregnant again.

“A nanny swears Britney has men over to her house all the time. Britney does carry on with men in front of the boys, hugging and kissing. She runs around half-naked. Kevin was even told in so many words that Britney was pregnant a few weeks back. He had a meltdown.”

The affidavits are also said to claim that Spears, 25, tried to whiten Sean Preston’s teeth with white strips - and doesn’t know how to brush the children’s teeth.

LOS ANGELES — The days of Britney Spears and her panty-free parading may finally be over, as FOXNews.com has learned that the “Crazy” crooner is contemplating a contract with a leading lingerie label.

“A pretty prominent underwear company is very interested in having Britney exclusively endorse their line,” an insider close to the pop princess told Pop Tarts.

“At this stage the deal probably won’t involve any official advertising, but she’ll be required only to wear their products, and I guess somehow she’ll have to work out a way to show those cotton coverings!”

The source added that there are few things that would need to be “ironed out” with the Britster before blanketing her booty with a brand, including formalities to forbid future flesh-flashing.

“It would look really bad if she was caught again without underpants, especially when she has a top lingerie label backing her, so they’ll want to ensure that doesn’t happen,” added the insider.

Perhaps this is another personal push for Brit to get back into the spotlight “One More Time." The “reformed” rehabber is reportedly also working hard to drop some pounds.


“It’s been a stressful time for Britney and she has gained weight,” confirmed a Britney buddy. “But now that she’s on the comeback trail, she’s determined to get back into shape. She’ll be doing a lot more dance classes and she’s given up alcohol.”

But Brit may also be getting some help from Hoodia, with a number of reports suggesting that Spears recently had a big box of the African appetite suppressants home-delivered.

There is a tabloid story out right now that Brittany placed a request for nanny coverage and left her boys alone for an hour to go on a date before the sitter showed up. This could be tabloid fodder, but if it is found to be true, she should lose custody, asap.

LOS ANGELES — The days of Britney Spears as a 'Toxic' trainwreck may finally be over. While the world is screaming "Gimme Less"— Simon, Paula and Randy want the "reformed" rehabber to "Gimme More."

The judges announced to FOX that they have decided to take the Britster on board and have issued an open call to the pop princess to manage her crumbling career.

"We have decided we can bring Britney back," the normally caustic Cowell confirmed. "We are serious. We plan to buy her underpants, get her bigger shorts to perform in and get her away from her stupid friends."

And while many believe that Brit has already burned her career, the rocking reality judges just think it is another point on her publicity page.

"MTV ratings are up and all we're hearing is Britney, Britney, Britney!" Simon said. "She can turn it around."

"We always have time for Britney, we love her," added Paula.

So Brit baby, if you are listening we suggest you give these guys a call...

"We'd love to take care of you Spears!" Randy roared. "We will make you a superstar again!"

Britney came under the management spotlight at exclusive Chateau Marmont after reports she was “acting weird”.

And it seems “acting weird” doesn’t begin to describe her latest act of lunacy, which saw Britney stunning fellow diners in the posh hotel restaurant by smearing a plate of top-notch food over her FACE.

Horrified guests were understandably outraged and demanded the management kick her out for good.

A source said: “The diners were disgusted. You wouldn’t expect that from a teenager in a fast-food joint. Royalty have dined in this restaurant. Her behaviour was totally unacceptable.”

Brit’s latest crazy antics — combined with the convoy of photographers who followed her to the strictly private hotel — were the final straw for stuffy bosses. Now her name has been added to a blacklist of former guests who are no longer welcome.

“Staff at the Chateau have been told she is not welcome. She constantly looked out of it when she came in and the guests began to make noises. The hotel acted before she made a huge scene. No one wants to be banned from staying at the Chateau. If she was trying to make a real go of her comeback then the people who visit the Chateau are the ones who could make it happen.”

Britney Spears could lose custody of her two little kids as early as tomorrow morning.

This is a real possibility thanks to crusading Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred. She’s bringing a “secret” witness to court tomorrow for the custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Forget reports that the “secret” witness doesn’t matter or won’t be heard. In fact, last week Allred filed a signed declaration from the witness, described only as a man who’s had close observation of Spears behavior with her kids, with the court.

The judge in the closed hearing case, Commissioner Scott Gordon, has the declaration, and does not have to rule on it. He can simply read it and enter it into the case’s existing papers. The only way the witness would testify is under cross examination. In other words, the declaration has already served as testimony. It would only be if Spears’s side decided to question that the witness would be asked to speak.

And the witness will be there with Allred at 8:30am. I am told that the witness could blow Spears’s chances of keeping little Sean Preston and Jayden James. The likely observations from the witness concern drug usage by Spears in her home and in front of her kids.

Spears can simply forget reports that were spun to other websites that Gordon wouldn’t allow Allred in, or simply rejected the testimony of the unnamed witness. Allred told me yesterday when I reached her by phone that Gordon accepted the declaration and even praised her work.

That’s not good news for Spears, who just had a disaster on the MTV Video Awards and is also trying to complete an album due in stores on November 13th. Last week photos of her without underwear were widely disseminated on the internet. Federline’s attorney is sure to mention that in court on Monday as well.

Allred, who is often embroiled in very public cases, means business here by the way. She’s kept the witness’s identity a “secret” so as not to start a publicity war. But when the declaration was filed on Friday, Spears and her attorney Laura Wasser would have learned his name. I am assured the person in question is not a drug dealer, and that his credentials will hold up if examined in court.

“You may recognize him as we walk into court,” Allred told me. “But maybe not. He is not famous. He’s just someone who’s concerned about the kids.”
