    Re: Britney Spears

ET has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on KEVIN FEDERLINE’s life.

Multiple sources tell ET that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger.

Sources within the FBI tell ET that this is the bureau’s standard operating procedure when someone’s life is threatened.

ET has been working this story for the past two months. When contacted, the FBI told us that the bureau cannot confirm or deny an investigation.

      It gets better....

At a hearing in the ongoing Britney Spears/K-Fed custody war that is just about to start, disso-queen Laura Wasser will submit legal papers formally withdrawing as the singer's attorney. Sources say Spears' new lawyer will be high-profile attorney, Marci Levine. The word we hear is that Britney was a problem client because she just didn't listen to and follow the advice Wasser gave so Spears could maintain custody and end the war.

          OMG

Just when you think the Britney saga can't get any worse...

What would be rock-bottom for her? Obviously it's not losing her kids.

            Re: Britney Spears

Sadly, that might be the best thing for her and the kids.

and who was it that said here, oh so long ago that it was crazy to think the K-Fed is the better parent.

                Re: Britney Spears

In a closed hearing on Monday, Los Angeles judge Scott M. Gordon set a lengthy list of rules that parents Britney Spears and Kevin Federline must follow in order to retain custody of their sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. The list, revealed today, includes the following shared requirements for the former couple:

                · Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.

                · The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.

                · Both parents must complete the “Parenting Without Conflict” program.

                · Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.

                · They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.

                · Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.

                · They must ensure that any prospective childcare professionals hold valid Red Cross infant CPR training.

While the responsibilities for Federline end there, Judge Gordon tacked on an extra list of tasks for Spears. In order to maintain the current shared custody agreement, the popstar must:

                · Attend individual counseling to address parenting issues at least once a week.

                · Meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week. The coach is to observe her interaction with kids and her parenting skills and then provide Federline with a written progress report by October 22.

                · And, “based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears],” will have to undergo testing for controlled substances and alcohol. The testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times, and the results will be forwarded to the court.

OMG there is a report on MSNBC that she lost custody of her kids. I guess this shouldn't be so shocking to me after the reports of her actions, but speaking as a Mom that has got to be a kick in the gut.

I hope this will help her get her life on track.

Apparently after giving her kids to the bodyguard to drop off at K-Fed's house and then applying for a valid driver's license, she decided to mourn the loss of her family by going tanning and then out to a trendy Malibu restaurant for dinner.

                                Classy.
