Is it SO horrible to have matching dresses for my daughters? I'm looking for their Easter dresses and I have such a weak spot for big and little. I just don't want them to hate me when they are older.

I have bought my kids matching clothes a handful of times. Now I do it frequently because my older two want to dress the same. They have to coordinate everyday even if it isn't the same outfit it has to be both in a dress or skirt. They are 5 and 3 now.

So I think it is cute. Do it while you have some say in their outfits!

My mom dressed my brother and I in matching ensembles for a very long time. I think what finally sent my brother over the edge was the year she made us matching Siamese Cats for Halloween.

Go for it. They're only little once!

My mom matched us b/c she was slightly paranoid that we would either get lost in a crowd or wander away and with us in the same thing it was easier for her to remember outfits and spot us....we also used to have rather obnoxious bows/scrunchies high on our heads for the same reason.

          How dorky is this?

I've thought about buying matching outfits for DD and me.

          I'm so ashamed.

My mom and I still randomly wear very similar outfits (we also have a bunch of same stuff). If I want to make sure we don't match, I have to consiously wear a sweater in a color I know she doesn't have.

My mom and I do this too. We both wear a lot of the same colors because we have the same coloring. I actually kind of like when this happens because it just goes to show that we are linked subconciously.

              I love my mommy.

My aunt used to get us matching outfits. Of course, she was in high school when I was born so I was just an accessory. We have (had?) the same shade of red hair.

We had matching dotted swiss bikinis. (brown with white dots)
