So, one of the other fun facts about SA is that we have our very own Aveda Institute right here in the center of town. My trainer at the gym goes to them to get her hair colored because it's so much less expensive. She said she always asks for an experienced student not because the other students are bad but because they take so long to do the color.

I'm thinking about booking a massage/facial. My thought is that it IS Aveda and the instructors are right there. It may not be the most relaxing but I bet it will be better than none at all.

Anyone have any (cue music from Grease) Beauty School Dropout experiences?

waaaaaaaaah!

I am suppsed to be going to the Aveda spa tonight to get my hair done and brows waxed, but noooooo, I'll have to cancel because, suprise, dh is on call and Ryan has a baseball game. I haven't had my hair cut since JUNE people!

I'm pissed. He had to be on call. And Ryan had to have a game (1st Thursday one ALL F'ing season). I tried to call and reschedule, but they can't get me in until NEXT WEEK!! I really wanted my hair done for my birthday. I've had this damned appointment for a month. I can't even find a babysitter. I hate this.
