Estsy.com question

Do you ever have issues getting a seller to get back to you if email them w/ questions about a product?? Thee is something I'm thinking about getting for Mom but they aren't getting back to me. Wonder if that's a red flag....

Did you use an email address or Etsy convo? If one didn't work I'd try the other. I'd definitely wait to hear before you hit "purchase".

yeah i'm hitting the contact link by the seller's profile for the etsy conversation. i guess i'll just wait it out and hope they contact me. i didn't want to wait too long to buy it because i needed it before 12/24. ohhh well....... waiting......

I can tell you I've never had a bad experience as a buyer and only once as a seller. Usually I just click buy and trust that the transaction would work. But if someone isn't answering their convos, they might be on vacation and forgot to put a notice on their store or something. :\ Do they have a lot of feedback?

This purse thing I want to get for Mom... that seller has no feedback, and she is the one not getting back to me.

I did email/sent conversation to 2 other sellers. One already got back to me and I just purchased it. Hopefully the other 2 I've email will get back to me in the morning.

I'm so hooked to this website. I love hand made things but HATE going to craft or antique type stores to shop for this stuff. This is my first purchase on there! Thanks ladies for posting about this site... ya'll rock!
