Shoes for a gold dress

I do like the dress, probably because I could never carry off this color. (Please understand that my opinion is not worth that much...currently I'm unshowered in sweats).

I like the dress if it goes with your coloring. I would think gold or taupe strappy sandals for shoes.

I like the dress.

I think gold shoes would be too much, especially since the golds would more than likely compete.

I'd go with a taupe or black strappy sandal.

If it's a subdued gold, that will work. You don't want anything too loud. Go with subtle. I like these (from amazon.com with free overnight shipping!)

ETA: I'd just keep the ones you got. You'll be able to wear them with everything after this event. And that's always a nice perk.

I like that dress and the shoes are fine - I would stick with what you have and enjoy!!!
