Anyone else here addicted to Etsy? I could get lost in that site for days....I can't get enough of all of the unique, handmade items. I found a woman on there who will make custom crib bedding and charges only half as much as what a local shop quoted me. If only I were creative enough to have my own Etsy storefront.....

Here are some other cute items I've found.....

This is a great maternity tee. Much more figure flattering than Gap or Old Navy tees, plus it has a cute design.

I love this little girl's tunic. I'm a sucker for anything made with Amy Butler's fabrics.

This one is adorable as well.

And I love this fun purse...also made with Amy Butler fabric.

I've had my eye on these pictures for the nursery.

So, does anyone else care to share their favorite Etsy finds? I'm always on the lookout for new Etsy sellers.

Well, I'm not really sure it counts as a "find"...she's a friend of mine. I really like her drawings, though; even have a few:

Makai, you have good taste. Etsy is too tempting!

And poky, I love those two octopus drawings.

Maybe that's common knowledge for skilled Etsy users, but man, I was fascinated.

          Re: Etsy love

I just found someone to do favors for my cousin's wedding AND I found a new piggy bank since Nikolai and Rick broke mine this weekend. (Nikolai broke it due to irresponsible supervision from his father. I blame them both)

That site is WAY too addictive.

How did you do that? Do you tell the person your budget and what you're looking for? How did you find the person? Will they mail the favors to you?

Thanks for the tip. My sister is getting married next summer...

I looked for people in San Antonio and was flipping through the various artists and I found this woman. I loved her stuff and I thought they would make awesome favors. I spoke with her last night and she's going to make me some prototypes. I'll post when I see them.

OMG, Julie.....I LOVE LOVE LOVE Heather Bailey, too! I'm doing the baby's room in Freshcut fabrics and I'm also stealing some of her ideas from her craft room to use in there. This weekend I'm going to make an attempt at duplicating her green chandelier.

BTW, with your talent you can make that purse!

Thanks Makai, and yes, I was thinking hum... how can I copy that purse LOL! I have made curtains for my living room out of the Freshcut line. One set I still have to finish that is for winter, and the peach ones I have up now will be for spring summer. Her stuff is FAB! And she is working on a new line and I'm stalking her blog to see the new designs! Isn't that Amy Butler for your avatar btw? Is it the Belle line?

Btw Makai don't you live in NC, we should meet up
