  • where to buy sectional sofas w/o breaking the bank

DH wants an L-shaped sofa with a recliner... "someday in the future." I'm trying to find something he'd like that's under $2K, so maybe I can talk him into buying it very soon.

I'd like anything that can be wiped easily, since we'll have three toddlers climbing on them over the next several years.

    Any suggestions where to look?

edited to add: I just found this one:

I'm embarrassed to not know this, but how is leather, for cleaning?

You've mentioned you're in KS - are you anywhere near KC? Nebraska Furniture Mart has some - we just bought one super-cheap (microsuede - not leather). Under $1K. I've got two boys and a baby on the way, and I'm not shelling out big money on furinture. I prefer the disposable kind. I told dh that we'd likely need a new sofa w/in 3 years, and he said that was fine.
