  • the perfect pant

Where is it? I'm looking for the, the, THE perfect pair of pants. The ones that you go to every morning . . . the ones that never let you down. Petite sized. . .NOT low rise. . .bootcut to wide leg at the bottom. . .canvas type of material. . .WHERE? If anyone has any suggestions, please post. I end up with what I think will be the perfect pair and then they usually end up being too low to be comfortable.

Everyone is different, but I tried these on this weekend at NY & CO and I thought they fit well. I have a pear figure and they were flattering.

They had more colors in stock in each style at the store.

I agree, this makes a huge difference.

Me too! You can even get jeans done! Just ask them to keep the original hem, and you won't see a difference.

Ann Taylor Loft Petites! I have gotten jeans for $15 there, because I am like a buzzard during end of season sales, and keep going until they are marked down as far as they will go. Also at least twice a year they have a deal where if you buy $50 you get $25 towards something else. I've used my birthday money to use for this, and then can buy a pair of pants for $25 in the fall with my saving coupon. Usually their fits work, and aren't super low rise. I have a lot from Ann Taylor Loft, and it's because when they have sales, their clothes can be bought cheaper than Target, and last much longer.

            That's my 2 cents, and I'm 5'1" btw
