HELP! I need to know what to wear tomorrow night!!!

DH is doing his continuity clinic in Opthamology and his mentor invited him to an all day conference tomorrow. There is a reception following in the evening that spouses will be at. This is such late notice for me and after looking at the invitation, there is no indication of what sort of dress is appropriate. :thud:

I'm pretty positive this isn't going to be a formal thing since it's immeadiately following the conference. So does that mean I can wear something business casual like a pantsuit or should I stick with a dress? I would need to get to the mall tomorrow to find something, so I need ideas ASAP.

I think in a pantsuit you might get mistaken for one of the medical types. I think a skirt and a top would be perfect too!
